Hi everyone!

 

We have poly lens tenant created and provisioned with our first ccx600 on it. We have screen capture enabled in device policy and i found the Capture screen is not actually working as the parameter that added into cfg file is "up.screenCapture.enabled", but not "up.screenCapture.allowed".

The capture screen feature works correctly when I manually imported " up.screenCapture.allowed='1' ".

 

Therefore, i would like to check is there a way to activate the capture screen feature with the parameter "up.screenCapture.allowed='1' " via poly lens.
