We have over the past few months, Teams/CCX500 Poly phones are disconnecting and rebooting during an active call.  Some have commented this is related to firmware release 9.x but one user reported that 8.1 also experienced the problem on one of their phones.  Does anyone have an update on this issue? i see release 9.1.1.0258 is now available.  Is there an article somewhere on the HP website that show what fixes were made to this latest version and whether it addressed the rebooting issue?

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

This would need to be escalated so our team can look at the logs and crash files so I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

I know from previous postings, this is a known issue. I do have an open case with HP but they have been very unsupportive up to now so I’ve decided to reach out to the user community.  If you can help move this along, please let me know.

every scenario is different. Maybe older posts you found used an older Teams version as an example. With no internal reference there is not much I can do.
