Has anyone noticed that after the upgrade to the AOSP firmware version for Teams, each night the phone setting for Display power saving timeout resets to 1 minute, and the phone display goes off frequently now? We use Poly Lens to push policy to our phones, and I've made sure that there is no policy for the power saver feature, but if I manually change the display timeout to either 1 hour on the phone or 540 minutes in the web configuration settings, and save them, the next morning the phone has reset to 1 minute timeout during business hours. This has always worked fine until the upgrade to 9.x or the AOSP versions.

 

Firmware 9.1.1.0258 and 9.1.0.9161

Did you check the Microsoft TAC Profile to see if there is anything assigned to the phone(s)?
