HP Recommended

No "place a call screen"/dialpad is shown on the Trio C60.    I'm using the Trio C60 with Microsoft Teams.

 

Software/firmware version: 5.9.5.3153

 

Teams verison: 1449/1.0.94.2020111101

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

 

Please update your device. The current software for the Poly Trio C60 when using Microsoft Teams would be PVOS 9.0.1

 

The latest Microsoft Teams version is 1449/1.0.94.2024122303
