Hello @Jim_Cee62 Welcome to the HP Poly Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
Yes, the Poly Trio C60 is designed to be compatible with the Poly Studio X30 for Microsoft Teams.
The Trio C60 can serve as a controller and audio device for the Studio X30, allowing for seamless audio integration with Microsoft Teams video conferencing. The Trio C60 is also compatible with other Poly video systems like the Studio X50 and G7500.
I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or it solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.

Hello @Jim_Cee62 ,
Welcome to the HP Poly community.
Can you help me with what a Poly CX30 should be?
We used to sell Polycom CX300 or CX300R2 USB Phones, but these were for Microsoft Lync. We do sell a Poly Studio X30, which is a video conferencing device that can be used with Microsoft Teams.
You can pair a Poly Trio C60 with a Studio X30, but there are >caveats<
When the Poly Trio C60 is paired with a Poly Studio X30, no other Provider can be used on the phone. There may be an option to use App Switching, but that would not be a supported solution, and at your own risk.
If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.
Best Regards

Hello @Jim_Cee62
welcome back.
You have not really answered all questions yet and used some branding that at least I am not familiar with.
The Poly Trio C60 has a Micro HDMI port but this was never activated in the software. The Poly Trio C60 is a standalone audio conference Phone.
You cannot use a Laptop with the phone to screenshare.
Best regards
