Hello,

I’ve been experiencing an issue with stuck pixels on my HP laptop display for more than 4 months now. Despite regular use and basic troubleshooting (like pixel massage and software fixes), the issue persists without improvement.

 

Could you please advise on the next steps to resolve this problem? Is my device eligible for a screen replacement or service under warranty? I would appreciate prompt assistance as this affects my daily usage.
