Phone: Poly VVX450

Running Poly UC Software

Firmware Version: 6.4.7.4513

Call Control Platform - Broadworks/Broadsoft

We have configured BLFs on the Line Keys of the VVX 450 phone.   Is there a way to see only the connected state (on a call/off a call) on this BLF and not see the ringing state?   We don't want the BLF line keys to blink while someone is calling the extensions we are monitoring.   Is there a config setting on the phone to accomplish this?

Hello @Cyrus2023 ,

Welcome to the HP Poly community.

I am not sure I understand the question. From a logical point of view you subscribe to the status of an extension. This Dialog contains the idle, ringing or busy state send by the server.

I would assume this is something Broadsoft would need to add so the phone would not display this.

If no other volunteers reply, I suggest you contact our Support organization in your region. Details are in my Signature.

Best Regards
