We have setup Microsoft Teams Direct Routing SBA. We use ccx phones for endpoints and CCX phones is not connected to SBA server. We're using private CA on both ccx phones and SBA server.

We used a laptop on the same subnet as the CCX phone to log in with different account. The connection to SBA was successful and no TLS certificate rejected. From the wireshark ccx phones, we encounter the error where the CCX phones is rejecting the TLS certificate from SBA server.

Has anyone experienced certificate-related issues when using a private CA on the SBA server with HP CCX 400/500/600 phones? I'm seeing a 'certificate unknown' error and wondering if it's a known compatibility issue
