I'm sorry to hear about the issue you're facing with your Savi 8410 headset. I understand how important it is to have a headset that functions reliably, especially when it's an essential part of your daily workflow. Please follow a few troubleshooting steps that may help resolve the problem:
 

  1. Connect the charging cradle to your PC using a USB cable and place the headset on the cradle.
  2. Ensure the headset is not connected to any other devices—it should only be connected to your PC via USB.
  3. Uninstall the Poly Lens application, then reinstall it using the link below:

  4. Once the headset is fully charged, please try updating the firmware using the Poly Lens app.
     

If the issue still persists after these steps, I recommend contacting HP Support. Our support engineers will be able to assist further, and if your headset is under warranty, they can help arrange a replacement if necessary.
