Product: RMX POLYCOM

Hi, 

This query is with respect to RMX Manager EMA V8.9.2.1. When I try to set layout in Conference Profiles for every user in the conference rooms, when some of my users logout due to unstable media, their layout is reset to default after rejoining.
due to this, I’m forced to use MLA software separately which is not user friendly alike Video Settings in Conference Profiles.

Please suggest solutions for retaining the layout settings even after logout and then rejoining.
